I was going to say Reign/Rain in Blood. But I guess one would consider that a title track, despite the track and the album having different names.

I'm pretty sure Cannibal Corpse were not able to get through 13 tracks without using the word "kill" on the album Kill. "Disciple" from God Hates Us All falls into this category as well. That's all I got for now.
